Panels ship by freight on protective pallets. Standard transit is 5–8 business days; orders over $200 ship free within the contiguous US. You'll receive tracking and a scheduling call before delivery.

A curbside delivery appointment is arranged in advance. Please inspect every pallet on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing — this protects your claim in the rare event of freight damage.

Sample chips ship free by standard post, usually within 2–3 business days. Request them from any product page or the Contact form.

For large or multi-room orders, our trade desk arranges consolidated freight and can quote white-glove delivery. Reach out with your project details for a firm freight quote.
