Returns & Warranty

Unopened, undamaged panels may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less return freight. Because panels are cut to architectural scale, we strongly recommend ordering a free sample first to confirm colour and finish.

If a panel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it at no cost. Note visible freight damage on the carrier paperwork at delivery whenever possible.

Every GLAMRENO panel carries a 10-year limited warranty against delamination and manufacturing defects under normal interior use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, exterior exposure, or excessive moisture.
